Training Signals & Strava

Training Signals turns your Strava history into a personal, adaptive training plan and coaching. It's a complement to Strava (not a replacement) and your data stays yours.

New here? We now sync activities through Wahoo . This page is for athletes with an existing Strava connection.

A coaching layer on top of Strava

Strava is where your rides, runs, and swims are recorded. Training Signals adds what comes next: a goal-driven training plan, a daily read on your Fitness, Fatigue, and Form, FTP and power-zone estimates, and a coach that adjusts the plan as your training changes. We don't reproduce Strava's activity feed, segments, leaderboards, clubs, or social features. We build the things Strava doesn't.

How it works

  1. You authorize Training Signals through Strava's official OAuth screen.
  2. We import only your own activities, never anyone else's, and never public data you didn't authorize.
  3. From those, we calculate your training load, fatigue, recovery, consistency, and FTP/power trends.
  4. We turn that into a personalized, adaptive plan and coaching recommendations.
  5. You can disconnect anytime. We revoke the token and delete your Strava-derived data.

What we access, and why

When you connect Strava, we request only what the coaching needs:

  • Your activities, date, type, distance, duration, elevation, heart rate, and power, so we can measure your training load and match completed sessions to your plan.
  • Basic account identity, to link your Strava account to your Training Signals account.

That's all. We don't request anything we don't use, we never sell or share your Strava data, and we don't use it to train AI models.

Your data is private to you

Your Strava activities and everything we derive from them are shown only to you, behind your login. We never display one athlete's Strava data to anyone else.

Synced in real time, used efficiently

New activities flow in within seconds of upload through Strava's webhooks, so we sync only the athlete who actually recorded something rather than repeatedly polling. We fetch just what's new, cache securely, and respect Strava's rate limits, good API citizenship by design.

You stay in control

You can disconnect Strava at any time from your Settings. Disconnecting revokes our access on Strava's side and deletes every piece of Strava-derived data we hold. If you revoke access from Strava directly. We delete that data automatically, no action needed on your end.

Already connected?

Manage or disconnect your Strava connection anytime from Settings. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for the full detail on how your data is handled.
