Terms of Service

Last updated July 19, 2026

The service

Training Signals provides training-load tracking, training plan generation, and coaching advice for athletes, based on data you provide, activity data synced from services you connect (such as Strava, Wahoo, Hammerhead, or RunGap), and recovery data from devices you choose to connect (such as Oura, WHOOP, or Apple Health). It is provided "as is," and we may add, change, or remove features over time.

AI coaching & not medical advice

Training plans and coaching advice are generated from heuristics and, for some accounts, an AI model. They are informational and educational general training guidance only, personalized to the data you provide, but not guaranteed to be correct or appropriate for your situation. They are not medical advice, and the AI does not diagnose injuries or medical conditions. Recovery data from connected devices (sleep, heart-rate variability, resting heart rate) is used only to inform training suggestions. It is not health monitoring, and no feature of the service detects or alerts on medical conditions. Consult a physician before beginning or changing a training program, especially if you have an existing health condition. You remain responsible for your own training decisions and for judging whether any recommendation is right for you.

Stop exercising and seek prompt medical care if you experience warning signs such as chest pain, fainting, severe shortness of breath, or neurological symptoms (for example numbness, weakness, or slurred speech). The service is not a substitute for emergency care.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the accuracy of the goals and data you enter. You can delete your account data at any time from the Settings page.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to violate any law, attempt to access another user's data, or interfere with the service's normal operation.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from training decisions made using this service. You assume all risk associated with your own training.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
